Terms of service
ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT● By working with me, you agree to the stated below.● Each customer will be under the according version of this document depending on the time they contacted me.

COMMISSIONS I ACCEPT● Furry, anthro characters, feral or animal/beast characters in general.● Pastel gore.● Nudity.● Cosplay/anime scenes.● Custom character design.● Artistic freedom commissions.● NSFW but I don’t usually draw it so keep that in mind! (+18 only, proof may be requested).
COMMISSIONS I DON’T ACCEPT● Humans.● Gore, vore, baby fur (cub), watersports, hyper muscle or obese, rape, underage and feral characters in NSFW, and other excessive fetishes that make me uncomfortable.● Characters that have multiple vaginas, penises, breasts/nipples, or other unique body elements (exceptuating arms and legs).● Characters depicted in hate/discriminatory scenarios or wearing hate symbols.● Mechas, robots or complex armours.If you have an idea in mind that think falls into any of this categories send me a DM to discuss it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------PAYMENT● I accept Paypal only.
● Payment will be done via paypal.me (as a product or service), I will not send invoices!
● Payment must be done full and upfront.
● Prices will always be in Euros (€, EUR).
● Prices may increase due to character complexity.
● Payment must be done within a week.
● I will cancel the commission if the customer doesn't respond in a week.
● I do not offer refunds after the sketch has been done.
● I reserve the right to deny the service and/or refund for any reason.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SLOT OPENING● General commission opening will be announced on my social media and a google form will go up for a certain
amount of time (usually 24-48h) to fill it out. March 2022 form password: Pañuelos● At the same time additional slots for a special type of commissions or YCHs can be opened at any time and will
not have a google form (normally via Telegram channel and twitter).● Commissions are not first come first serve on general openings (google form), will be chosen by my own judgment.
●Reserves on commission slots are not allowed.● I reserve the right to open additional slots and to make special first come first serve offers.
● I only accept deadlines within 3 weeks minimum.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------WORK PROCESS● I’ll start my work only after full payment.
● I’ll at least send you the sketch, lineart and base color WIP for you to check everything is in its place.
● Only a few small changes will be accepted in the sketch, such as an expression, the position of a hand, etc...
If you want artistic freedom, the same rule will apply.
● My own mistakes will be fixed if I've made an error in markings or any other detail. Big changes will come with
extra charges.● You can ask for artistic freedom, it’s a big Y E S.
● You must provide a clear visual reference of your character and pose, or a little description for the last one if you
can't find a picture, but if you're not clear or I don't understand something, I will ask for visual references.● The final image will have two watermarks, one with my user name and the date (close to a character), and other
with my furaffinity and twitter link (on the bottom left or right of the image).
● You will receive via telegram or email (or both if requested) the HD file in PNG.
● Your picture will have at least 3000px on one of the sides// 512x512 if you are getting stickers.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------AFTER WORK● The finished work will be uploaded to my FA gallery, Twitter, Instagram and Telegram channel, as well as a
speedpaint on my youtube channel in some cases.
● You can request me not to upload a commission.
● You can request me to not publish the image until a certain date (due to gifts or similar).
● You can upload commissioned work to your galleries, print it for personal use, use it as headers, icons, etc.
● You must credit me when using the image in public.
● You may not sell the image I produced even if the character(s) belong to you.
● You may not claim the image I produced is made by you.
● Alteration of the image is not allowed as well as using it as a trademark, merchandise, logo… Without my consent.
● You are not allowed to use or reproduce my artworks in any commercial use. This includes prints or buttons sold on conventions etc.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------DETAILS YOU SHOULD KEEP IN MIND AND EXTRA INFO●English is not my mother language, it is Spanish so it's better for your description to be brief and clear.
●You can talk to me in Spanish, English or Catalan.
●You can ask for my fursona or OC's to be in a commission with you. My main fursonas only in SFW.
●I love simple and visually pleasing character designs.
●I’m a student so major delays can happen.
●I may stream some commissions.
●All commissions will be posted in a trello for the customers to check the process on them.
●I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for future works such as YCHs or personal art.

¡HOLA!I'm Axomuma, also known as Uma or Luca and I'm a transmasc digital artist and fursuit maker from Barcelona, Spain!
My fursonas are Uma the iberic lynx and Luca the liger!I love nature, forests, cozy scenes, drawing expressions, pokemon and art! But what I love the most is to bring people's ideas and characters to life, experiment with new techniques, learn a lot and have fun!I've always loved to draw but wasn't until 2013 that I got my first drawing tablet from a second hand local store. With the discoverement of the fandom some time later and meeting other professional artists I saw it was possible to do art as a career and decided I was gonna pursue that goal!In 2019 I finished my first fursuit of my fursona Uma and started a little studio, but with the first commissions I got a bit overwhelmed and stopped enjoying it as much. In 2022 I joined forces with my friend Gib under the name of Tomacats and I'm happy to have regain my passion for fursuit making!My dream is someday to be able to live off my art and crafts, and I'm so grateful with the furry community for giving me the opportunity to do so!I hope y'all enjoy my stuff!
