Terms of service

ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT● Each customer will be under the according version of this document depending on the time they contacted me. (Revised November 21st 2025)
● By working with me under AxomUma or Nitfeline, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them.
● I reserve the right to add, edit or remove anything stated below for any reason.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------PERSONAL DATA AND TAXES● I will always ask the country of residence of the person making the payment for tax filling purposes.
● Spain's tax laws require me to provide veridic personal data of customers for orders over 400€.
● If requested, payment can be splitted in 2 or more installments to avoid the personal data process.
● If any of the payments goes above 400€ I will ask for the following personal data: Full name, full adress and ID number (national/state ID, driving license, passport number…).
● I will not share this information with third parties aside from the tax agency.
● While I understand this is a sensitive topic, it's completely unavoidable for me legally freelancing in Spain. I apologize for the inconvenience.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------AI AND NFT POLICIES● I DO NOT work with anything AI related, that includes but not limited to: descriptions, character reference sheets, poses or any other visual image used to explain an idea or character.
● Do not send AI images for reference, if you need to explain something visually I prefer messy sketches, stickmans or various art or photography references. I’m very strict about this.
● I reserve the right to deny a commission for the use of AI, whether currently or in the past.
● I do NOT allow my art to be used to train, validate or test any type of neutral network (AI).
● I do NOT allow my art to be turned into a NFT.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------PAYMENT● I accept Paypal or Sumup only.
● Payment will be done via Paypal invoice or Sumup link.
● I accept short payment plans for orders above 500€, each case must be discussed with me.
● Payment must be done full (unless discussed) and upfront.
● Prices will always be in Euros (€, EUR).
● Prices may increase due to character complexity.
● Payment must be done within 48h.
● I will cancel the commission if the customer doesn't respond in a week.● I do not offer refunds after the sketch has been done.
● I reserve the right to deny the service and/or refund for any reason.
● If for any reason I am unable to complete a commission, you will be refunded immediately.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------COMMUNICATION● Keep in mind English is not my mother tongue, so I might ask for clarifications of concepts or words that might be very common and normal to you.
● You can speak with me in English, Spanish or Catalan.
● Communication with me must be professional and respectful.
● I prefer Telegram for communication, but other places like X/Twitter, Bluesky or email are also okay for me.
● I kindly ask you to not ask for updates every single day. I will update you on every process.
● If there is any delay or setback you will be informed of it.
● Please be ready and willing to communicate with me on a regular basis during the commission process, specially when it’s in the making.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------GETTING A SLOT● General commission opening will be announced on my social media and will use a google form (not first come first serve) or DM (first come first serve) method as I see more convenient.
● General commission openings are not very frequent and I rely on people asking to be placed on a waitlist via DM or YCHs at the moment.
● Additional slots for a special type of commissions or YCHs can be opened at any time and will not have a google form (normally via Telegram channel and twitter).
● I will ask for a general idea of the commission to check if it aligns with my TOS and/or if I’m able to make it. You can also ask for artistic freedom,● You can request to be placed on a waitlist or pinglist I’ll be contacting once I finish with the current queue.
● I reserve the right to open additional slots and to make special first come first serve offers.
● I only accept deadlines within 3 weeks minimum● Sometimes I hold YCH auctions on my Telegram channel or other sites like FurAffinity or X/Twitter.
● If you retract your bid from auctions you’ll receive a warning, the next time you do so you will be banned from participating in future auctions.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------WORK PROCESS● I’ll start my work only after full payment.
● I’ll at least send you the sketch, lineart and base color WIP for you to check everything is in its place.
● Only a few small changes will be accepted in the sketch, such as an expression, the position of a hand, etc... If you want artistic freedom, the same rule will apply.
● My own mistakes will be fixed if I've made an error in markings or any other detail. Big changes will come with extra charges.● You must provide a clear visual reference or a detailed description of your character and pose, but if you're not clear or I don't understand something, I will ask for visual references. Do not send AI images to me as reference.● The final image will have two watermarks, one with my user name and the date (close to a character), and other with some social media information (on the bottom left or right of the image).
● You will receive via telegram or email (or both if requested) the HD file in PNG.
● Your picture will have at least 3000px on one of the sides and 300pp of resolution.
● Be sure to save the image correctly, I cannot guarantee saving all my commissions forever.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------AFTER WORK/COPYRIGHT POLICIES● As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork.
● The finished work will be uploaded to my social media, including but not limited to: FurAffinity gallery, Twitter/X, Bluesky, Instagram and Telegram channel, as well as a speedpaint on my youtube channel in some cases.
● I reserve the right to not upload or to remove a piece from my social media for any reason.
● I reserve the right to use the produced art for self promotion or portfolios.● You can request me to not upload a commission.
● You can request me to not publish the image until a certain date (due to gifts or similar).
● You can upload commissioned work to your galleries, print it for personal use, use it as headers, icons, etc.
● You must credit me when using the image in public.
● You may not sell the image I produced even if the character(s) belong to you without my consent.
● You may not claim the image I produced is made by you.
● Alteration of the image is not allowed as well as using it as a trademark, merchandise, logo… Without my consent.
● You are not allowed to use or reproduce my artworks in any commercial use. This includes but not limited to: prints, pins, keychains, buttons, stickers, artbooks.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------DETAILS YOU SHOULD KEEP IN MIND AND EXTRA INFO● You can ask for my fursona or OC's to be on a commission with you. My main fursonas (Luca the liger, Uma the lynx and Jack the dinodog) only in SFW. Exceptions might happen under my discretion.
● Fosc the caribou is the only OC you can always freely ask to be in a commission, whether SFW or NSFW.
● I do not offer any type of discount for including my characters on a commission.
● I love simple and visually pleasing character designs.
● I may stream some commissions.
● I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for future works such as YCHs or personal art.
● WIPS may be posted.
● I'm also a fulltime fursuit maker, so major delays can happen, specially close to convention dates.● I do not condone acts of homophobia, racism, transphobia, pedophilia, zoophilia and/or violation/denial of human rights.
On account of this, if any of my customers (either current or past) is actively engaging (posting, sharing, following, be it on their social media or in person) with material that is included in the aforementioned categories, I reserve the right to:
- Publicly dissociate from the individual.
- Remove all the work done for the individual from my social medias or website.

About me

¡HOLA!I'm Axomuma, also known as Uma or Luca and I'm a transmasc digital artist and fursuit maker from Barcelona, Spain!
My fursonas are Uma the iberic lynx and Luca the liger!I love nature, forests, cozy scenes, drawing expressions, pokemon and art! But what I love the most is to bring people's ideas and characters to life, experiment with new techniques, learn a lot and have fun!I've always loved to draw but wasn't until 2013 that I got my first drawing tablet from a second hand local store. With the discoverement of the fandom some time later and meeting other professional artists I saw it was possible to do art as a career and decided I was gonna pursue that goal!In 2019 I finished my first fursuit of my fursona Uma and started a little studio, but with the first commissions I got a bit overwhelmed and stopped enjoying it as much. In 2022 I joined forces with my friend Gib under the name of Tomacats and I'm happy to have regain my passion for fursuit making!My dream is someday to be able to live off my art and crafts, and I'm so grateful with the furry community for giving me the opportunity to do so!I hope y'all enjoy my stuff!
